Albuquerque has astonishingly beautiful blue skies as well as the world's longest aerial tramway.

The tram lifts you to the top of Sandia Peak, where you can enjoy the panoramic view from 10,378 feet up. Yikes.

New Mexico is the birthplace of the atomic bomb, thanks to the folks at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

It is also home to some extremely tasty homemade ice cream and a gorgeous backyard pool, thanks to Tracee's folks.
