If not completely satisfied for any reason, the product(s) may be returned for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.  Refunds may be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product(s).

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used.  Purchases by check or money order will be refunded by check.
